GRISELDA does not work on volume. Each property is chosen against strict criteria, and we decline more than we accept.

The co-ownership rulesWe read them before accepting a property. If they forbid short-term rental, we decline the mandate.
Anonymous key handoversGuests are met in person and the keys given by hand. No key safe in the communal areas.
The neighbour who complainsA Moroccan number answered seven days a week. He calls us, we act — he does not have to chase an owner abroad.
