This page sets out exactly what this website does with your data. It sets out nothing else: if a use is not described here, it does not happen.
What we collect, and when
The contact form
This is the only page on the site that asks you for personal information. You enter:
- your first and last name
- your email address
- your telephone or WhatsApp number
- the type of property concerned (apartment, villa, riad, other)
- your message, if you write one
This reaches us by email and is kept in the contact@griselda-concierge.com mailbox. It is used to reply to you and to assess whether your property fits the way we operate. Nothing else.
The form also records the address of the page you sent it from, and a technical token used to filter out automated submissions.
The estimate calculator
The calculator collects nothing. Property type, district, number of bedrooms, your budget, the weeks you keep for yourself — all of it is computed in your own browser. Nothing is sent to our servers and nothing is stored anywhere. Close the page and no trace remains.
If you use the “Share this estimate” button, the link produced contains the settings you chose. That link is copied to your clipboard; we never receive it and we do not know you created it. Only pass it on if you are comfortable with what it contains.
Your visit
This site uses no analytics and no advertising trackers. No Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no profiling.
As with any website, our host keeps technical connection logs which include your IP address, for security and for the proper running of the service.
Cookies
The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookies that may be set are technical: they allow the page to display in your chosen language and allow site administrators to sign in. They are not used to follow you.
Who else has access
We do not sell, rent or pass on your data to anyone. It is never used for advertising purposes.
Three technical providers are necessarily involved:
- OVH SAS (2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France) hosts the website and the mailbox. Your messages pass through its servers, located in France.
- Google Fonts serves the site’s typefaces. Your IP address is sent to Google when pages load.
- Gravatar (Automattic) may be called by certain site components, which also sends your IP address.
Because the data is hosted in France, it is transferred outside Morocco.
How long we keep it
- Enquiry with no follow-up: two years from the last exchange, then deleted.
- File that led to a management agreement: for the duration of the contract, then for the retention period required by Moroccan accounting and tax obligations.
- The host’s technical logs: according to OVH’s own retention policy.
Your rights
Under Moroccan law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access, correct, object to and delete your data.
To exercise those rights, write to contact@griselda-concierge.com. We reply within thirty days. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may refer the matter to the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP), the Moroccan data protection authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Access to the mailbox and to the site’s administration is password-protected and restricted to the Managing Director. No banking details are requested, collected or processed by this site.
Minors
This site is addressed to adult owners and travellers. We do not knowingly collect data concerning minors.
Changes
Any change to the site that would alter the above — adding an analytics tool or an advertising pixel, for instance — will be reflected on this page before it goes live.
