A first conversation, and a clear answer

Before we work together, we look at whether the property fits the way we operate.

GRISELDA works with a deliberately small number of properties, so that the quality never slips.

This first exchange lets us:

• Check that the property is compliant
• Look at its real potential
• See whether it meets our standards
• Set the terms clearly from the start

The assessment is free, confidential and without obligation.
